Can I try it before paying?
Yes. It is free during the beta. At launch, every plan will include a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
What happens if I need more pools or technicians?
You can move up a plan at any time. Business, Premium and Enterprise can add technicians for $15 per month each.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. The yearly price equals 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Can I put my company's logo on the reports?
Yes, on Premium and Enterprise. Reports and the customer portal show your logo and colors, with a small Powered by Total Pool Solutions line.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Technicians and customers can each use English or Spanish, and the visit report goes out in the customer's language.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. It keeps working when there is no signal.
